Overview

Stop the Bleed is a course focused on the recognition and management of life-threatening haemorrhage.

Uncontrolled bleeding is one of the leading causes of preventable death following trauma. This course is designed to give participants the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to act quickly and effectively in these critical situations.

Training is hands-on and scenario-based, reflecting real-world incidents such as road traffic collisions, workplace injuries, and violent trauma. Emphasis is placed on rapid decision-making, effective intervention, and maintaining control under pressure until emergency services arrive.

Who is this course for?

  • Qualified first aiders looking to advance their skills

  • Those working in higher-risk environments such as construction, motorsport, security, and events

  • Close protection, security, and frontline staff

  • Individuals who want to be prepared for serious trauma situations in public or workplace settings

This course is not intended as a replacement for full first aid training, but as a focused, advanced module that complements existing knowledge and prepares individuals to respond to catastrophic bleeding with confidence and competence.
